Basic Information
| Biography: | I was born and raised in New Bern, North Carolina home of the beautiful Glenburnie Park. My dad had been playing disc golf since before I was born, so I was always aware that it existed but did not get into it until I was in middle school in about 2012. In 2015 I started playing PDGA events and haven't looked back since. I am currently a student at NC State University studying Mechanical Engineering and in my second year of being President of the Disc Golf Club. College Disc Golf events are always my favorite events because they give you the chance to play with people your own age from all over the country. After I graduate I plan to work in Havelock, NC and get more disc golf in that area. In 2018 I won a couple of Advanced tournaments and decided to take the leap to the MPO division. Since then I have had multiple top 3 finishes at B and C tiers, and even won my first tournament in December of 2019. My favorite disc golf moment is winning the 2019 Dean's Cup at USDGC with NC State. It felt great to win after narrowly coming in 2nd at Nationals just six months prior. There were more spectators watching that final round than I had ever seen at a College Disc Golf event before. I can't wait to see how College Disc Golf will continue to grow! | ||||||||||||||||
