Basic Information
| Biography: | I was born and raised in the Salt Lake City valley. I attended and graduated from West Jordan High. I attended University of Phoenix where I graduated with an MBA. I currently work for IM Flash Technologies in Lehi, Utah as a senior equipment technician in the Photo lithography department. I served in the U.S. Navy for six years and the Navy Reserve for four years. I am married with two children (1 daughter and 1 son) and 3 grandchildren (all boys and they love to go play disc golf with grandpa). I was introduced to disc golf by my Father-in-law in 2008 and played my first round at the Taylorsville, Utah municipal park disc golf course. My co-worker at the time is an avid disc golfer and donated some of his extra discs and bag for me to use and I have been hooked ever since. For tournaments I play in the Open Masters +40 division and placed 8th at the Creekside Open, 2nd at the Solitude Open and 3rd at the Utah Open for the 2017 season. My wife and I have started to travel more and are planning our trips/getaways to include disc golf tournaments. We have only done nearby events like the GCC in Las Vegas and the Memorial in Phoenix. We look forward to expanding out trips farther and farther away from home. | ||||||||||||||||
