So who misses PDGA events? Thought so. How do 3 hoot and scoots, back to back to back sound? Good? Good!
We are able sanction some flex events so we will be hitting the ground running here!
Please pay attention as there are a few tweaks to the normal Hoot and Scoot format for Covid-19.
***If you are experiencing Covid symptoms, or have been to states that Governor Baker has not lifted the 14 day quarantine restrictions, stay home***
There will be a pdga covid waiver EMAILED to you. You must reply to it saying you have read, understood, and accept prior to playing.
-All am sign ups MUST be done ahead of time on infinitediscs.com.
-all pro sign ups must be done via paypal. NO cash.
-groups of 3 or 4 must be established AHEAD OF TIME, and a tee time must be CONFIRMED by the TD. There will be no waiting around to latch onto a card. Make your card, post your time, show up 15 minutes early to get loose, play, leave. We will not be having a Tournament central hang out area.
-social distancing is expected. Max card limit of 4, do not touch others equipment, keep 6 feet. The only time masks are required is if you approach the TD table. This is for my and my compromised childs safety. If you dont want to mask up, totes fine. I just ask you STAY AWAY FROM THE TD TABLE. I will have it roped off. Thank you for understanding.
-all cards must be tracked on the pdga live scoring app.
-this is a PDGA sanctioned event, meaning all PDGA rules (minus 2 meter) are in effect.
-par will be played at par 62 with 1 and 10 being both played as 4s. We will be reviewing the scores across all divisions with these events to determine how to adjust par going forward.
-no awards ceremony, all am payouts issued through infinite, all pro payouts issued through paypal.
