The Axiom Wrath (not to be confused with the Wraith) is a straight-stable 9 speed distance driver. It is slightly less stable than the MVP Tesla, and is available in many more color options. The Wrath is a solid disc for both backhand and forehand drives.

This review is for the Prism Plasma Wrath.

Backstory:  I originally ordered a Wrath to flick with. I was using a Tesla, but wanted something with less turn. I ordered one Neutron and one Prism Plasma Wraths. I knew the Prism Plasma was only available in lighter weights, but the the Prism rim intrigued me.

Flight:  The Prism Plasma surprised me, it actually had more turn than the Tesla I had been using. Its actually closer to an Insanity in flight than a Tesla or Neutron Wrath. Definitely has less glide too, I believe the lighter weight plays a variable in that.

Thoughts: This disc is now in my bag, but not for the reason I ordered it. I throw it exclusively backhand for a great flip-to-flat shot that always finishes true. The Plasma feels great and I can already tell how much more durable the Prism rim is compared to the standard MVP/Axiom rims.

Neutral recommendation for a beginners: If you flick and are just starting out, you may find value in its turn and lightweight attributes. If you are starting out with backhand, it may be too fast.

As others have noted, this review is for the Prism plastic.

I like the dual plastic, the flight plate is grippy and the rim is hard plastic so it should stand up well to wear and tear.

The flight numbers are spot on for this disc, including the 4 glide (it is not a floaty disc and it tends to drop) and -1 turn (you have to throw it up to speed) and as with all discs the flight is dependent of the way the disc is thrown.

It is a light weight disc (mine is 161 g) so if thrown as intended ( 9 speed) it will give a gentle turn with a reliable fade. If you throw it hard on a slight hyzer it will flip it will hold a straight line with a gentle fade at the end. If you throw it hard with a slight anhyzer it will make a wide turn and then fade close to straight from the tee pad.  It will hold a hyzer line quite well. Due to the light weight it does not take a huge effort to make if fly. Very reliable and versitile flight.

I think this disc is for intermediate users as it will be over stable for new users or when thrown under powered.

I want to start out by making this very clear. This review is for the Prism Plasma plastic and is not accurate for the wrath in any other plastic.

This disc in this plastic is something else... Its very difficult to give this disc a star rating because it truly is a good disc... But not in the manner that the flight numbers would suggest. The Prism plastic looks and feels wonderful but to this point seems to make discs fly much more understable. the disc that I have is 160g (it seems all prism discs made are between 158-162). This disc flew a lot like a Impulse in this plastic if im being honest. I threw it on a fairly substancial hyzer on a 350ft hole and it completely flipped up and still had a huge turn with a very slight fade back at the end. One thing I noticed is this disc has a lot more glide than any other Wrath I have ever thrown. So far this disc has made my bag as my understable fairway driver but that wasnt what I was expecting. I sadly feel inclined the give this disc 4 stars simply due to the fact that it doesnt fly at all the way the Wrath is listed. It's a great glidey understable fairway driver in this plastic if that is what your looking for. I will say that this disc in this plastic should be very begginer friendly though.
