I purchased the Jade because it was recommended to me, and I absolutely love it! Mine is 151g, and it flies super straight and controls so well. It will hold any line you put on it, an amazing control driver, and great for back hand or forehand throwers. I can get crazy distance out of it, and I dont have a huge arm. I’d recommend this disc to anyone!

I did a lot of research on fairway drivers before settling on the Jade. Being new to the sport, I had only played a couple of times with a friend’s 3pack starter set.

The Jade performs excellent! I have thought of changing it out but when I check out discs that are higher or lower than the Jade, they tend to fly about the same distance. I can regularly throw mine over 300′ and it just goes and goes. Beaten in, i’ve found the turn to be a little softer than the 2 listed. But it still flies right where you aim it. Because of this disc I have been able to keep my wheelhouse really light. Midrange Fuse and then this one is all I really need except for those really long or really short shots.

It was pretty windy today and mine is an Opto 151g. Even in the wind, I still chose to throw it in to headwinds and on tailwinds, not much affect except once but that one helped me stay IB and right on track for the chains.

    Well worth the money!

I have a Diamond, 155g in Recycled plastic, and I can say that the Jade is an excellent step up, or perhaps, a more stable disc to complement the Diamond. My Jade is 153g in Opto, and it excels at tailwind drives, and long approach shots. In calm conditions, I believe the flight ratings listed above are pretty accurate, the fade is perhaps more gentle than a 2.

I throw RHBH and regularly throw the Jade 300+’. I rarely use my Diamond as a driver anymore unless there is a steady tailwind, it is still very useful for shaping shots from 200′ to 250′ from the fairway or tee pad.

I purchased a Fury which has the same flight ratings as the Jade, and they perform almost identically. The subtle difference in performance is due, of course, to the 16g weight difference. They’ve become my go to control/fairway drivers, and which one I choose is mostly dependent on the wind.
